Shipping Information
Everything you need to know about how and when your Novora order arrives.
Delivery options & costs
- Free UK standard delivery on all orders over £45.
- UK standard (2–4 working days) — £3.95 under £45.
- UK express (1–2 working days) — £5.95.
- International — calculated at checkout by destination.
Processing time
Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed before 1pm on a working day usually ship the same day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Tracking your order
Once dispatched, your tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have a question about an order in transit, please get in touchand we'll help.
International orders
We ship to most countries. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
