Are Novora products authentic?
Yes โ every product is sourced from authorised suppliers and authentic Korean beauty brands. We never sell counterfeits or grey-market stock.
How long does delivery take?
UK standard delivery is 2โ4 working days, and express is 1โ2 working days. See our Shipping Information page for full details and international timeframes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and any customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I return a product?
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and cosmetics can only be returned if faulty. See our Returns & Refunds page.
